Discovery
Every project begins with a conversation. Whether it's a discovery call with our Director & Builder, Michael, an on-site consultation through our Builder's Consulting Service, or guidance from our dedicated Project Administrator, we'll take the time to understand your vision, budget and project requirements while helping you determine the best path forward.

Concept & Costing
Once we understand your project, we'll prepare a feasibility estimate to help you understand the likely investment and confirm your project is achievable before progressing to detailed documentation.
As part of this stage, preliminary plans may be required to accurately assess the scope of works and prepare realistic costing. If you don't already have plans, we can assist by preparing them in-house or refer you to one of our trusted building designers to develop concept plans tailored to your project.
Design & Documentation
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll guide you through the detailed design and documentation phase of your project. This can include coordinating architectural drawings, engineering, energy assessments, bush fire reports, certification, and building approvals, along with preparing a detailed schedule of finishes and selections.
Where required, we can manage the entire process on your behalf, coordinating with our trusted network of consultants to ensure all documentation is complete and ready for construction. Once all required documentation has been finalised, we'll prepare a comprehensive fixed-price quotation, providing clarity and confidence before construction begins.
Pre-construction
Before construction begins, we collaborate with you to bring all the final details together and ensure your project is aligned with your vision, selections and expectations. This stage is an important part of the journey, where we review finishes, confirm decisions, discuss any outstanding items and work together ensure every detail has been carefully considered before construction commences.
Behind the scenes, our team coordinates approvals, engages trades, manages procurement and develops a realistic construction schedule, ensuring your project is carefully planned and set up for a smooth start from day one.
Build
This is where your plans and ideas are transformed into reality. Our experienced team brings together their knowledge, skill and attention to detail to deliver a build that reflects the quality and care invested throughout the entire process.
Every project is personally overseen by Michael, ensuring quality control, clear communication and a high standard of delivery throughout every stage of the construction process. Our strong relationships with carefully selected trades, suppliers and consultants allow us to provide a seamless building experience from start to finish.
Supporting every project is our full-time Contracts Administrator, ensuring clear communication and a consistent point of contact throughout the build. By managing schedules, procurement, project administration and client updates, every detail is coordinated behind the scenes, allowing Michael to focus on what he does best leading the construction on site and delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Handover & Care
The handover is one of the most rewarding moments of the entire journey, seeing your vision become a finished space is something we’re proud to be part of. Together, we’ll walk through your completed project, ensuring every detail has been carefully reviewed and meets our high standards.
We’ll take the time to explain the finished work, provide all relevant documentation and warranties, and ensure you feel confident and excited as you step into your newly completed space.
For us, handover marks the completion of a carefully planned and expertly delivered project, and the moment you can begin enjoying your new space.

Common questions
This depends on the scope and stage of the renovation. For smaller projects, such as a bathroom renovation or works isolated to one area of the home, many clients choose to remain living in the property during construction. For larger renovations, extensions, or projects affecting significant portions of the home, temporarily relocating may be recommended. This can reduce disruption to your household and, in some cases, allow works to be completed more efficiently and cost effectively by giving trades uninterrupted access and enabling works to be undertaken in one stage. While we understand every client's circumstances are different, we'll discuss the best approach with you during planning and provide recommendations based on your specific project.
